Had an amazing experience at Lazeez by Dhaba, even though I arrived quite late, close to their closing time, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Teja, Lokesh, and Hitesh for their exceptional service. They didn’t rush us at all, served us with a smile, and made sure everything was ... just right. We ordered the Dahi Puri, Samosa Chaat, and Rangdi Jalebi, and all of it was freshly made and absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on, and you could tell that nothing was just reheated or thrown together. The jalebi, especially, was warm, crispy, and perfect. Even though it was the end of a long day for them, the team treated us like we were their first customers of the day. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated. We got food catered by Lazeez (chef Lukesh) for our Diwali party this year. We had ordered food for around 50-60 people, with appetizers (gol gappe, chena papdi chaat, aloo tikki), entrees (dal makhani, chhole, paneer tikka masala) and desserts (gulab jamun, gajar halwa, rasmalai). The food was delivered on time and ... all of the food was delicious. All the guests at the party were wowed by the food and wanted to know where we had ordered it from. In particular, people really enjoyed the gol gappas with the 4 different flavored waters, the chena papdi chaat and the desserts. I also wanted to give chef Lukesh a special mention as he was very responsive and took great care that all of the food was tasty and delivered perfectly. This despite the fact that we live in Jersey City which is almost a 40 min drive from Parsippany. We catered from the restaurant. Food was awesome! All the guests were raving about it. The pani poori was perfect, sarson ka saag reminded me of home, and chhenna chaat was so unique, we’ll go dine-in for more. Top marks for Lukesh and team, they did a wonderful job.
